I have been AWOL for a while now, and thought that it would be a good time to make a new post. Even though I dont have much to say, I thought that I would give you all a video to watch. I was on Dailybooth when I saw someone post this video;

An Epiphany

Today I learned a very valuable lesson..

I was walking down the street to go get a coffee when I stumbled upon a crying homeless woman. Now, like many others, I just walked past her. But I kept thinking about her. She was so desperate for someone to help her, and yet people didn't even pay attention. Just walked past her. So, me being the person that I am, walked in to the coffee shop, got my coffee and 50 kroners (the equivalent of about 5 or 6 dollars) and walked back to the lady, handing her the money. It was the most amazing experience to see the change on the woman's face. A smile erupted and she stood up and hugged me, thanking me many times.

Now I dont know what you are all thinking, but from seeing how happy the woman got from just 50 kroners, I was given a new sight on life. Well, maybe not something as big as life, but at least on happiness.

Happiness isn't something that will come to you, you have to go out and find it. The woman asked for help, and I gave her help. From seeing her happiness, I received happiness. I had been really upset, and when I helped her, I in return felt better about myself. As if I had made a difference. So I think that the little things you do for others will make you feel better about yourself, and in return for their happiness, you will receive happiness. And if more people start to think this way (and I don't just mean walking around giving every homeless person money), more people will be happy. So if you see someone in need, go over to them and help them out. Not only will you be helping others, but you will be helping yourself become a better person <3

Happy Holidays

So Christmas is now over, and New Year is coming up in only a few days!

This has been a really nice few weeks. I have been ill though, which kinda sucks, but other than that I have had a great time :D

Christmas is right around the corne

The title says it all, pretty much.

So Christmas is only 7 days away! I really dont know whether or not to look forward to it or not. All I know is that once Christmas is over, New Years is here, and thats a time to PARTEEY :D But I guess Christmas is also nice. Gather around with family and friends and eat rise pudding and marzipan pigs....lol.

Norwegian sweaters and blue panties

Sunday. Ah my darling Sunday!

I have had a really nice weekend. Yesterday I was out with my friend Villvin, celebrating her birthday with a few friends. We watched Harry Potter in the cinema and later went to a friends house for Villvin's surprise party <3

Today on the other hand hasnt been so great. I have been studying for a science test all day, and the test is tomorrow morning. I am so stressed. :S

Other than all that I really dont have much to say. Just wanted to tell you about my weekend.

Also, have any of you been following the Korea conflict? ITS INSANE!! :P

The people who dont get enough attention

Some things just can be explained. My dear friend, Mekarim, told me about her deviantART page, and I was just amazed when I visited her page. She is a very talented photographer, and has been a member for 5 months, and only has roughly 500 pageviews!! COME ON PEOPLE!!

I am slightly upset today.

I cant remember what I was going to write about it.

....

OH!! I remember now :P

I am slightly upset today because my scanner isnt up anymore :[ We had to pack it away for us to move.

And now there is also a lot of good news!!

I get my own room in the apartment, :] I cant remember if I said that I had to share a room with my little sister (the Justin Bieber lover), but there was a time period where my parents had decided that.

But finally I am able to sleep in the "hallway"-ish room that leads in to my sister's room. The one with no door !

I am also allowed to decorate the room however I may feel, so I am going to finally hang up all my art work :D I cant wait!! I really have been longing to hang up all my paintings. It has been painful to see them laying around in corners with no purpose in life whatsoever.

And also, I brought down my fathers acoustic guitar and started playing. I have lately been playing on my el-guitar without the amp, because I am just too lazy, and I am really sick of not being able to hear what I am playing. So I think that I am allowed to put my el-guitar somewhere nice and peaceful while I enjoy the acoustic one. But I dont want to put the love of my life in storage, because then I know I will never find her again :[ So I have to speak with my rentals about that.

Another thing that I am happy about is that I am finally getting back in to painting and writing. I am doing this project for my mother, where I am going to paint something for her on this large wall in her atelier. It is going to be wicked ;P Now I just need inspiration.
